The key responsibility in this role is:

-  Work with the Sales Development leads to
   determine and create training and develop     
   best practices related to changes in the
   process.

- Training new people in the sales development
   role. This includes intensive training and the 
   topics are around product, process, culture,
   cadence, and so on. 

- Prepare training materials such as outlines, E-
  learning Videos, text, handouts and 
  present information.


 - Design training methods if expected improvements
  are not seen.

- Tailor-specific training programs for employee
  growth and retention, career path assistance,
  etc.

- Maintain all the process changes and process
  documents, and later train the teams on any
  changes.

- Involve in the hiring process to analyse the
  candidates on Soft Skills areas/Products.

- Collate the training results and documentation
   of the same to present to the senior
   management weekly/monthly.
